Ancient prayers and mantras chanted by Tibetan Buddhist monks. Blessed water and rice cast in all directions to purify and bless the centre. Energetic “good vibrations” strong enough to lift the roof. A wonderful vegetarian feast lovingly cooked up by Shaun and Mandel to feed the masses afterwards. Feelings of love, peace, harmony. Ah. The stuff good memories are made of.
Tibetan Blessing Ceremony/Puja
Our humble thanks go to Geshe Sonam of Drol Kar Buddhist Centre, together with Sonam Rinchen, Sonam Kalsang and Kalsang Dhondup, who were visiting from India, for their kind and generous visit to The Reiki Garden. We all feel most grateful and fortunate to have received their blessing and to have participated in such an ancient Tibetan Buddhist spiritual ceremony. The evening was a wonderful and memorable experience. Namaste.
